This spiral bound book contains 236 pages listing of approximately 3900 marriages which took place in Carteret County, North Carolina between 1868 and 1913. Each listing contains the names of the bride and groom, their ages, the names of their parents, the date, and the location of the marriage. The listings are arranged in alphabetical order by the groom's name. The end pages of the book contain abstracts of interesting notes written to the court or other authority granting permission for certain marriages to take place.
A Chronological Record of Fulfords in Carteret County

This spiral bound book contains 72 pages highlighting the activities of the Fulfords in Carteret County, North Carolina, as gleaned from Court Minutes, Patent Books, Colonial and State Records; Census Records, Marriage Bonds, Wills, Bible Records, Cemetery Records, and other sources. The book covers the period from 1704 to 1882. The Appendix contains census data for the Fulfords in Carteret County from 1790 to 1920.

This is a monumental work of 7 volumes covering the period from 1723 through 1820. It is searchable for any word or name you care to find. It provides not only a reference to the individuals who were judges, jurists, and litigants, but gives an insight into the daily happenings in the lives of these people and the structure of society in Carteret County, and it's evolution, during this time frame.
