• Logging In • Logging Out • Forgot Password
Once you have activated your registration (see the Registration process), or if you are returning to a site, you can login to the site. At this time, it is necessary to login separately for the Message Board and Story Board. We hope to be changing this in the very near future. NOTE: There is only ONE registration/login for the Ripples Across The Years Message Board. There is only ONE Message Board for ALL Ripples Across The Years websites. In other words, ALL websites share the same Message Board and therefore, share the same registration/login. In the menu bar across the top of Message Board pages, you will find the 'Log in' button (on the far right-hand size). Click on this to log in. If it says "Log Out [your username]" you are already logged in.
Once you choose 'Log in' you will be prompted for your username and password. If the combination you enter is correct you will be returned to the Message Board.
If you wish, you may have the system log you on automatically each time you visit the board. You can activate this process my clicking the 'Log me on automaticalloy each visit' box. This will place a special cookie on your system.
When you are ready to leave the Ripples Across The Years websites, you should logout. In the menu bar across the top of Message Board pages, you will find the 'Log out' button (on the far right-hand size). Click on this to log out. If it says "Log in" you have not logged in and it is not necessary to log out. If you are trying to login and have forgotten your password, click on the 'I forgot my password' button. This will bring up a screen that will allow you to request a new password.
Enter you Username and E-mail address. Then click on 'Submit'. You will receive a message in a few minutes with a new password. You MUST enter the same E-mail address that is in your Profile. The next time you log in, you must use this new password.
