Such information will be removed upon the request of the individual directly affected by it. We reserve the right to be the final arbiter in these matters. We will endeavor to be as cooperative in such matters as reasonable people would expect us to be.
We will NOT post notes, stories, wills, etc. provided to us by an individual if that individual requests us not to. However, we do reserve the right to publish information in the public domain as long as it is not offensive, embarassing, or in poor taste.
Member Lists may be viewed on the site. Only information that you agree to make public will be shown on these lists. You are identified only by the username you have chosen to use, not your actual name. The owners/administrators/moderators of these sites use this information only for the purpose identified when an individual registers.
Guest Books are public, readable web pages. There is nothing we can do to prevent spammers from harvesting names from it.
We do not publish birth specifics of people who may still be living. We identify these people as those born since 1910 and for whom we do not have a death recorded.
We do not publish marriage specifics (other than spouse's name) for couples married since 1950.
